So me and my friend and his girlfriend were smoking it. We got really high. His dad came out and started looking at him with a flashlight, and it was very weird. Then my friend actually gave him a bag of the legal herb stuff. He left and I think he took it to the police station. Is it actually illegal to smoke it? But they sell it....in gas stations.

But you must be 18+ to buy the legal herbs. Says so on all the packs i buy. But sometimes they don't card you for cigarettes either so it's whatever.

Unless you're smoking something that is illegal where you live, you're only going to get hassled. There is legally nothing they can do to prosecute you if you're doing a substance that isn't illegal. Like usual, they may try to get you for public intoxication in some states, but there really isn't a way for them to prove you're intoxicated by these herbal blends if you don't admit it, unless of course they see you smoke it, inspect what you are smoking, and somehow find that it is an herbal blend. But that whole situation isn't likely to occur, the thing is that most officers aren't going to take any action against you for something where the law is really iffy. This is excluding the herbal blends that contain substances that are illegal in the state or area.

Just noted to anyone who decides to smoke these herbal blends: You smoke at your own risk. I do all the time. But you could have a seizer, or much worse. Google JWH-018 and it's side effects. Although the shit is mad bomb dude.

IIRC some country, either has brought in or is considering changing the laws
so that the marijuana plant is perfectly legal, and it only becomes illegal once it's dried and what not..
