• When adrenaline flows, time slows down

I just came back from riding my bike and I wanted to ask you something- When you get involved in physical activity, does time seem to slow down? Because every time I ride my bike for extended periods of time, the music I listen to seems to slow down to sometimes even half the original beat. So, does this happen to you too?
I just feel superhuman and run like Usain Bolt.
Yes. But it doesn't make the music bad or anything.
had a 14 kill 0 death streak on combat arms oh man i was ballin, dey ask how i was so good its al adrenaline man
NO, time doesnt slow, your body is more reactive, that's all. Perception of things doesnt change.
Perhaps adrenaline has something to do with this time manipulation, Wear a pocket watch next time you are in such a state and compare the time before and after.

Your bike has a new flux capacitor.
So if I bike really fast I can go back in time awesome
Unfortunately, your mass would become infinite before you do that, so you kind of miss the whole point of exercise.
If I remember correctly, it was called biker's adrenaline. Cycle hard, produce adrenaline, feel awesome.
Same thing as a runner's high I assume. And yes, adrenaline makes your brain process everything, and all of it very quickly. Time seems to slow down because everything is focused on your senses. If you read the car accident thread you can read what he was thinking and it almost shows that his mind was working faster (seen as slower) and every second felt longer. They've done tests where they had a blinking watch on a persons are. They'd stare at the watch as they laid or stood on a platform pretty high up in the air. Then randomly they'd be dropped and when they were, they said the watched blinked very slow, when in reality it was their mind freaking out because they were falling. I love the mind.
It's odd to say that time slow downs when you're in a adrenaline rush.IF time would slow down for you, it wouldn't for us thas making it us just a NPC of the Universe. Anyway, yes but only i become more reactive rather then time slowing down.
Did you happen to be riding your bike at 88 miles per hour? That could be the cause.
I fell of my bike down a pretty steep hill, everything seemed slow motion to me also. I almost broke my ass after that.
Adrenaline makes your body work harder and faster, including your brain. So your perception of time passing changes slightly.

Physical activity? :raise:
Physical activity? :raise:
That includes anything if you were wondering. Anything.
I tried achieving an adrenaline kick when playing games once. I chose to play TF2 with some carefully selected intense songs. I had some really awesome adrenaline rushes, and it seemed to improve my reaction and performance as a scout by a lot!
That includes anything if you were wondering. Anything.
Slow mo ejaculation.

You get adrenaline while running? :wtc:
NO, time doesnt slow, your body is more reactive, that's all. Perception of things doesnt change.
In other words, your brain thinks much faster, making it seem like less time is passing between thoughts, since you're used to thinking much more slowly.
You get adrenaline while running? :wtc:
Usually not
When I blink and look at a clock, sometimes it feels the second direct afterward is longer then the ones after it. Blinking causes so much adrenaline man. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT!
