I'm sure a few other people have done this, but recently I've become infatuated with finding acoustic, demo, or otherwise unreleased versions of songs from my favorite bands. Examples such as Third Eye Blind's demo version of "Semi-Charmed Kinda Life" or any of Rammstein's various demos/unreleased songs. Feel free to post some of your favorite demos, I'll start by posting a few of mine. There's an unearthed track by Daft Punk named 'Drive' that is going to be included in the Soma 20 years compilation album. So I can't wait to hear it
That Daft Punk track is really nice.
That Daft Punk track is really nice.
I've read some comments doubting the legitimacy of the track, so I took it off :v:
If it's going to be on the Soma 20 collection then I'd say there's a good bet it is?

The rehearsal version of Rest, You Are The Lightning by Ash Borer.
There's a couple versions live that I think are better.
This song was cut from Dream Theaters "Falling Into Infinity" album, and it is awesome.
Black Sabbath- Black Sabbath (basement tape demo) Technically it was released, but not until about 30 years later. Probably the best version of one of the most iconic metal songs of all time.
