Horror Short Film "Insanity is in the Eyes of the Beholder"

The Film is named "Insanity is in the Eyes of the Beholder". A strange man arrives one day, warning of a man in a black suit. But soon, the situation gets out of hand as stranger things start occurring. I recommend you watch it in Full Screen HD for full effect.

Actually the guy that tells her about the shade knows all of that stuff. It was all ad-libbed, which is why I put him in the film. I simply gave him the script and said, "what kind of ghost would this be?".[QUOTE=ctlilc;33185360]1. inconsistant background noise

3. "they like everthing sharp and pointy, they will kill you with it" made me laugh at a scene where the mood supposed to be "dark and dramatic" is kinda odd
4. suddenly there is some guy that knows everthing about that shade is somewhat strange.
5. Work on your special effects and or buy a tripod and most importantly don't touch the camera in still shots. Often the film was shaky even in conversation scenes.
6. If you have a shot where the camera swings don't put it on a tripod or the shot will be shaky (or at least try to make the ?grip stick? on your tripod longer so you have a much smoother swing)
7. sometimes the music is pretty unfitting

The whole video was very cliche, Escaped from the mental asylum, be afraid of mirrors, etc. Personally when I watch short films like this I am looking for original writing, obviously you won't have good effects or good actors so it's imperative you have quality writing. The whole story felt like a mix of other movies that I have seen or books that I've read, there seemed to be nothing original about it. Also the music was very unfitting in many scenes, the worst in my opinion was the music playing while the main character was killing the man in black. Come on buddy, you had to have known that that doesn't fit at all.
