I don't see what the problem is, they're expelling people from their tribe who aren't originally from their tribe. These people aren't descendants from Cherokee, they're not Cherokee so why should they be treated as such?

Hell we give them less freedoms and the average lifespan is around 50 for them, whereas the typical non-aboriginal lifespan is 80. Thirty fucking years difference in the same country. My point was that as long as you are not an Aborginal and a citizen (or on your way) you'll be set. I take free health care, jobs and so forth for granted.
