I'm seeking help to find out truly, what are the best movies, mainly so I can watch them. I'm trying to rack in as many as possible, so post as many great movies you can think of. I also hope this thread to help others as far as what the good films are. When posting, state the name and genre of the film. They can be from any date, and if it's a sequel your recommending, please say so. So thanks for your support, I hope this helps me and any others who would like to see alot of good movies.
My favorites from top to bottom Mr. Nobody Next The Island I Robot The Rundown Monsters Inc Matrix The Day After Tomorrow The Dark Knight Surrogates Gamer District B13 Sex Drive Equilibrium Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel
Gamer, Sex Drive and Surrogates are so far away from 'the best movies' it's not funny. IRobot, The Island and The Day After Tomorrow are good...But also not fantastic.

http://www.imdb.com/chart/top Enjoy.
All films by Wes Anderson. Sanjuro Amadeus American Psycho Starship Troopers (oh yes) Basically anything from The Criterion Collection.
I don't know shit about genres, but there's no horror movie in the list, I can tell you that much. The Shawshank Redemption Forrest Gump Pulp Fiction Mulholland Dr. Amores Perros 21 Grams Memento The Matrix Un Prophète Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain Todo Sobre Mi Madre The Godfather The Dark Knight And honestly I wouldn't recommend animated kids films to anyone over twelve, I watched Toy Story for the first time a few days ago and it just made me facepalm all the time.
