it's also interesting to see trump in a different light like this. He acts totally pathetic and lets senators walk all over him on both sides. he's a total pushover when he doesn't have his little podium and his rabid crowd of supporters.

when you consider that he inherited his father's empire of advisors and accountants and has spent his career merely signing contracts that other people wrote, not even bothering to read some of them, it makes perfect sense
he lets other people do the real work before he goes out and takes all the credit and basks in the media spotlight, and that's pretty much how he's operated for the last 40 years

Yeah, he agreed to an immediate DACA solution and then when the White House released the transcripts of this meeting (which everyone, including you and I, saw on video and heard with our own ears), they removed that line because he wasn't supposed to agree to that without stonewalling for Republican's demands.

It's funny how fast and yet almost unnoticed the slide into 1984-lite has been. They are on tape saying something, then when the official transcript comes out they erase it and deny it happened. I don't try to be hysterical or overuse the word fascist or Orwellian but.. We've been at 2+2=5 for a few months now.
