• Trump tried to sue Clark County registrar of voters over extending their early voting times, failed.

Note: It's not Trump personally suing them, it's his campaign. "Trump Campaign" can't fit in the title.
A Nevada judge denied the Trump campaign’s request for an order to isolate ballots in Clark County that were allegedly cast after polls closed. At an emergency hearing Tuesday afternoon, Judge Gloria Sturman said the Trump campaign’s lawsuit raises privacy concerns for the poll workers whose identities the campaign was requesting, saying she feared they would be the subject of “harassment.” Sturman also said Clark County officials are already required to preserve the records the Trump campaign was asking to preserve. “I am not going to issue any order,” Sturman said. The Trump campaign filed suit against the Clark County registrar, accusing him of intentionally coordinating with Democratic activists “in order to skew the vote unlawfully in favor of Democratic candidates.”

The suit alleges that the registrar instructed the head of the polling station to keep the location open two hours after its original closing time of 8 p.m., until 10 p.m. The head of the polling location allegedly told a poll watcher that he believed the station was being kept open to “help Hillary Clinton.”
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-campaign-files-lawsuit-in-nevada-over-early-voting/ For those who are curious about the demographics of Clark County: http://www.census.gov/quickfacts/table/PST045215/32003
We hire only the best lawyers, folks
I saw the live stream of this, the lawyer got fucking annihilated by the judge.
I saw the live stream of this, the lawyer got fucking annihilated by the judge.
Where can I see this?

Oh man lol The RIGGED! chronicles continue
Anyone who is opposed to making voting as quick, economical, and hassle-free as possible cares more about their own success than the political rights of the entire country. Just another reason on the list why Trump's campaign is awful. It's mostly a bunch of opportunists latching on the chance to get power and influence at the expense of the democratic system and guaranteed political rights.
If anyone could grab some highlights from this, that would be awesome.
this is a preview of what his presidency will be like if he wins
Make America Great Again.
Thing is, he wouldn't say anything if every single one of those people who voted only voted for him, but that clearly isn't the case so it's rigged in Clinton's favor. Sad!
More offensive than an attempt to render vote opportunities ostensibly fair is that you get 12 fucking hours to vote for four years. There was a news article that 20 percent of the population had voted early. With everyone fuming about this election, that number should be a lot closer to 100 percent. It is a failure of the government to NOT provide early voting across the board (or delegate it to fucking smal mail absentee ballots).
this is a preview of what his presidency will be like if he wins
So you mean the guy fights for what he believes in instead of laying down in defeat? Okay, cool.
So you mean the guy fights for what he believes in instead of laying down in defeat? Okay, cool.
absolutely unbelievable the way you excuse him trying to invalidate the votes of US citizens he suspects don't vote for him as something righteous you are quite truly a terrible person
So you mean the guy fights for what he believes in instead of laying down in defeat? Okay, cool.
in a surprising twist, just because you believe really hard in something, doesn't mean it's good. vote suppression is bad.
So you mean the guy fights for what he believes in instead of laying down in defeat? Okay, cool.
Fighting really hard for something is not always a good thing. Especially when the thing you're fighting for is as retarded as this.
ideally every state should be like Nevada (70% voted early) but partisan legislatures try to keep it like Pennsylvania (no early Christmas for them)
How isn't it a violation of equal protection anyway? Like, Bush won in the Supreme Court because you couldn't recount one or two counties in question without recounting everyone. Why is it allowed that only some states permit early voting?

Politicians can encourage their voters to cast ballots early in anticipation of a later scandal breaking. That's a legitimate argument. IMO early voting should be done away with and election day just made a federal holiday to ensure the greatest turnout.
