It's kinda ambient-ish, used samplers from the movie Memento, the first episode from Spaca Dandy and from Trinity's crying - CocoRosie. Criticism is very well accepted! https://soundcloud.com/jonas-sulzbach/witches-motel-room
I downloaded it and it sounds pretty spooky. Overall it's pretty good. I can't think of anything bad in it. After listening to it a few more times. the end seems a little repetitive and the demonic voice is a little out-placed. But for your first track it's pretty good. Well mixed, perfect use of effects. I remember my first song. It was horrible. Too many effects and EQs that it litteraly gave me a headache when I listened to it. :v:
Thanks! I'm trying to give more space to that voice to make it smoother to appear, but I'm failing miserably...
Thanks! I'm trying to give more space to that voice to make it smoother to appear, but I'm failing miserably...
The suddenness of the voice is what makes it good. I think you should expand on this, maybe stretch it out a bit. I like the sounds! [editline]20th February 2014[/editline] Maybe just go full crazy with it, there's a lot of potential actually. I can imagine this going many different directions
maybe give the voice some reverb
maybe give the voice some reverb
thats where I was failing so miserably, the reverb was making a *clack* during the first echo I think that its because the lenght of the consolidated clips, I'll try giving them some silence time in the end to see what happens edit: Goddman I'm dumb, I was zero-ing the volume to take some noise out, that's why the reverb wasnt working :suicide:
