Okay, so here are the rules.
1. Quality. Probably the most important rule (to me, atleast). Put effort in your drawings, and with effort i don't just mean the artistic part. Be original, be inventive. That makes the picture a lot more fun! So remember 2 things: Spend time doing this. Shade where you can. It will make a balanced photo in the end. And last, be orignal. Make something funny. Protip: To most people, penises aren't funny. It would help a great deal if it was pretty, though.
2. .png ONLY! No matter how awesome your contribution is, your entry will be skipped if it is anything other than .png.
3. Adding extra floors is okay. It is actually encouraged.
4. Don't mess with other's stuff, except if they are cool with it.
5. Have fun. And yes, that's a rule.
Starting picture. I know it's bland, but that just gives you more time to fill it with perverse doctors and other cool stuff.

- Removed the woman eating the mans leg, because it was retarded.
+ Gave man a peg leg. Hospital was out of Prosthetic Legs.
+ Added an elevator door upstairs. A physically impossible one at that.

Well offices can be a hospital type place. Like when people say
"I am going to go to the [B]Doctor's Office.[/B]"
But you can change it it's not like I give a flying shit.
Usually when people go to the [B]Doctor's Office[/B], they go to a doctor that isn't affiliated with a Hospital and has his/her own practice.
I might change it next time I post something.
