• I got in trouble for sexual harassment at work today

Shortly after I clocked into work today, my boss called me to the back. He opened up the conversation by asking me "if I knew what sexual harassment is." I told him "Yes. It is where one member of the workplace makes inappropriate sexual comments, remarks, and/or advancements towards another employee." He told me I was right and then went on to say that two female employees complained about me sexually harassing them. I was kind of dumbfounded. I don't think I have ever sexually harassed anyone at my work. We are all good friends there, at least so I think. I talked to one of the chefs, and he was like, "Ha ha, I think it was when you made that lewd remark yesterday after [Insert name here] said that her back was tight. You also kind of said it pretty loud too, so others might have heard..." I then remembered I jokingly said to her, "Oh, what about any other parts of you :smug:" You have to realize that me and her are fairly good friends, and we did hint that we would hook up sometime. Plus she also makes lewd and sexual comments to me in a playful way. However, unknowing to me, she was going through a nicotine withdraw and she was not in a happy mood then, so she snapped at that comment, but today after I apologized to her, she told me she did not mention anything to my boss about what I said. This leaves this other girl I work who might have told my boss. I kind of have a crush on this girl and tell her that I think she's very pretty and I try to ask her on a date most times I see her. I also make it clear to her that I will stop saying these things if she tells me to, but every time I tell her that (that I will stop saying that if she says so), she says, "it's fine, whatever" and then she kind of smiles. However I don't think it's her that reported it to my boss either because she's not the one to really care. Now my boss made it clear to me that he really wants me to continue working there, (so he's not going to fire me... this time that is), but he also stated that he can get into huge trouble if he did not talk to me about the incident. So what I am trying to say is that you all need to watch what you say at the workplace and keep it professional, and try not to be loud when making any sexual jokes.

worth it
:kratos:
Yeah, thanks for the advice, we all know.
The two of you might not mind, but I guess other bitchy people could overhear it and misinterpret the situation and get offended. They're fucktards of course, but fucktards are loud.
pussy is pussy and I get it when I need it
Why didin't you flirt with your boss? He's sure gay. You'll have fun! Now you know what you gotta do.
pussy is pussy and I get it when I need it
cool story hoff
And if she had done the same to you there would never have been a problem. Double standards :sigh:
Fry's is worse than that. Back in the box area where we have the freshly shipped packages, there's either a game of cards or some filthy talk.
It's okay she was going through withdrawals. Sex her good one day buddy...sex her good...:smug:
cool story hoff
That's going to be a new meme before you know it.
Reminds me of the time I brought a horsewhip to work and a girl asked if she could have it, so I smacked her ass with it.
Counter suit It's sexual harassment if she did it before to you. (no matter how much you wanna hit dat)
Okay. Thanks for the heads up, Chief.
Is she tight?
Is she tight?
Not sure. Never slept with her. She's probably not because from the sounds of it, she sleeps around...sort of. She's had a few fuck buddies that I know of.
How come this is something I expect to see when I go on Facepunch
How come this is something I expect to see when I go on Facepunch
Because we are all pervs and don't keep our mouths shut when in opportune for a "perfect" witty sexual comment.
Unfortunately 99% of Facepunch won't ever get the chance to use this advice.
Unfortunately 99% of Facepunch won't ever get the chance to use this advice.
99% of Facepunch is doomed to pass away before entering the workforce.

Damn women bitch about anything. Over here where I work, they turn down the AC on summer, they chit-chat with eachother and are the first ones spreading work gossip, they don't wash their hands when they come out of the bathroom (Believe me, I HAVE PROOF)... I wish we could go back to the good ole days where only men worked... OH SHI-- Incoming Gaybow shitstorm :S

Kind of off-topic, but about a year ago, me and my friends were just sitting in our school bored, because we skipped some random school act, and one of my friends who was searching his phone found a number that belonged to a guy in our school who is annoying as fuck. Then someone got an idea that we should send him messages saying that we love him, and something like 10 people sent 1-5 messages each, had a little laugh and forgot about it. But then, the guy had told the principal about it, and everyone that sent those messages received an letter saying something like this: "Hello (parents name/s), we are sorry to inform you this but your son and his friends have been sexually harassing (that guy) and he expects an apology, please talk about this in your homes. The moment I read it, I laughed like hell, and the next day at school the guy tried to hang out with us, and he said that he doesn't like that people think he's gay, and thats why he told the principle.
