In bulgaria they have some spice called "chubriza" or something. In the UK it is known as savory but is proving difficult to find, I found I can grow it pretty easy but I'd need to dedicate quite some space to eat it in bulgarian cookery quantity. Anybody know in what kind of stores I can find dried/fresh savory? (UK)
You're talking about monosodium glutamate (MSG), aren't you?
Nope, I heard that is pretty bad for you. This herb http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summer_savory Damn hard to fine and damn good on pizzas
Ah... that's different.

MSG comes from seaweed.
Spice Islands sells it, so anyone who sells their products likely has it. If not, you can always order online - Amazon carries it.
