Can anybody figure out the three ukulele chords used in this song?

Terrible quality. Very hard to hear! Especially with that untuned uke and sloppy playing.

To me it just sounds like it's repeating:

I know, but its the only version of this song out there that I could find, and she recorded it when she first got her uke. She says in the beginning, "I play like a child, don't care." She only knew like three chords when she recorded this. And thank you so much!

I still kind of liked the song, it was kind of fun. For some reason I can't help really liking amateur quality and childish-type stuff like Beat Happening.
