If you take too long to eat it, yeah. That's how I eat cereal, since I'm not a quick eater. I have my Cinnamon Grahams dry, with a glass of milk on the side. It helps if the cereal is designed to not get soggy too quickly, too, which reminds me of this gem from that old classic, the Perry Bible Fellowship.
