Over the last couple of days, the net has exploded with rage at this Twitter account, (supposedly) set up by the ex-Big Brother contestant, Kenneth Tong.

On his twitter, he promotes "managed anorexia", making the claim that "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels", as well as boasting that being wealthy means you can say whatever you want without consequences (which he backs up with a news article about him being cleared of sexual assault charges).

It is unclear whether the person running the account is actually Big Brother's Kenneth Tong, or whether it is just a massive trolling exercise. Either way, it is fucking disgusting. Anorexia, an obsessive fear of weight gain caused by striving for the impossible, is not something to "proudly endorse", whether or not is is "managed" (if that is even possible) as he so claims.

He's promoting a disorder.
Anorexia nervosa is a really bad eating disorder, and it coupled with other eating disorder has killed two of my friends.
It gets into peoples heads, and it fucks them up. Not something that should be promoted.

Down's syndrome is genetic. Anorexia is based on psychological and environmental factors. They are two completely different things.
