Mortal Kombat X Gameplay - General

[media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQlVKjDdz48[/media] New info: - Game takes place from directly after MK9 to 25 years later. - Johnny and Sonya fucked, had a daughter named Cassie Cage - The 3 new characters besides Cassie are D'Vorah (bug lady), Kotal Kahn (Mayan Dude), and Ferra & Torr.

The gameplay looks promising, I hope character variations go beyond a few differing special moves.

I think it's great they're finally doing a huge reboot of this series, a complete roster change is going to be seriously refreshing. it's something Ed Boon wanted to actually do for the ninth Mortal Kombat but ended up making a revival story instead.

Later MK games introduced a bunch of throwaway characters we'll hopefully never see again. I'm a little cautious about a new cast because they might be absolutely shit and leave us all nostalgic for the "core" cast again. Also, from Scorpions one line when facing Sub-Zero, ive come to the conclusion that its actually a purified Noob Saibot, not a revived uncybered Cyber Sub-Zero.

It looked really early Beta but I surely hope that's not the whole character roster. If it is I hope they add like 10 DLC Characters. I love everything else. Gruesome Fatalities, Nasty X-Rays and that 3 way fighting style is really nice. Wait is going to kill me ;__;
