Petition to protect mute autistic children from sexual predators - General

Hello! Although I don't post here a lot (and I have a bad tendency to post in the wrong sub-topics, so forgive me if there is a place I could have posted this that I'm not aware of), I have been on this site for a long time and I was wondering if you guys/gals could help us out: My mom made [url="http://www.change.org/petitions/wisconsin-attorney-general-j-b-van-hollen-enforce-law-and-policy-that-requires-the-school-district-department-of-social-services-and-law-enforcement-to-investigate-individuals-accused-of-violent-sexual-crimes-against-non-verbal-children?utm_source=guides&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=petition_created "]a petition[/url] to protect people who can't talk/cannot communicate well from sexual predators, by doing investigations on those accused of doing such things to kids who can't tell anyone. The reason this petition was made was because my severely-autistic brother wen't through this exact scenario, and we (My mother and I) wanted to make sure no other kids would suffer from this. All I'm asking is that you take a few minutes of your time to sign this petition. It would mean the world to me, my family, my brother, and all the kids this would save. My cousin is severely autistic, as well as functionally deaf. I also found out that our late grandfather was a child-molester a few years back and I can't say I've never wondered if she was one of his victims at some point. Signed.
