Looking for Street Fighter 4 Video: Sagat TIGER UIPPERCUT

I think this is allowed, as far as I can tell nothing in the rules say I can't go asking for help finding something, if not I'm sorry.

Anyway, there was a video posted here a while back that had this one guy playing Sagat at a tournment who kept winning his matches with tiger uppercut, and the announcer guy/commentator started getting really pissed. If you can find this video let me know please.
