This happened to me a few times. Not exactly of course, but very similar situations. The most recent one was when I blacked out a few months ago. I couldn't see a god damn thing, but I knew I was falling and I fell for quite a while, and I said aloud, "This isn't gonna feel good." Completely calm, and when I hit the ground I just said "Ow." Again, completely calm and monotone. My friends thought I was either completely nuts or faking the entire thing.
