Store brand cold medication usually has only DXM in it. Make sure that's the kind you're getting. Just read the contents.

Well, I've never done DXM and even I know that you are supposed to check the ingredients to be sure it's only DXM; as abusing common chemicals in medication can cause serious effects, and vomiting.

hey everyone, i'm OP's friend IRL, and i'd like to clarify that yes, we had the right kind of syrup, with just DXM in it, but he's just a huge pussy and throws up cause of the taste and consistency of the syrup.

Step 3: If 18, go to step 4. If not, proceed to shoplift the fuck out of those gels.

Will do sir, but me and my friend have looked everywhere, the only sort of pill we found was coricidin (CCC's) which i got caught tripping to hard at school with and nearly od'ed, so yeah not as easy as it sounds.
