The series chronicles the unusual lives, romance, and pop culture trajectory of Masters and Johnson. Their research touched off the sexual revolution and took them from a midwestern teaching hospital in St. Louis to the cover of Time magazine and nearly a dozen appearances on Johnny Carson's couch.
I just figured out about this show with the Golden Globes and decided to give it a shot. Was hooked with the first episode. It takes place in the 50s where the mere discussion of sex is taboo, and now this duo wants to figure out the entire science behind it. The drama that revolves around the pursuit of this science gets fuckin' DEEP. This one particular episode brought me to tears. here are all the episodes. There's only one season so far, so catching up is nothing. Vidbull works best for me. I think FP would appreciate the characters more than anything from this series - they're incredibly well written and Masters himself is a pretty relatable dude who gets into heavy shit. Watch it dammit! It's too good for me to have nobody to talk to about it.
Its really good. I like it, but then again I like most period pieces set in America.
I didn't want to watch it because the ads for it made it look shallow and like every other show on its network. [editline]14th January 2014[/editline] I guess I'll have to give it a try.
Is it worth watching? I love Mad Men so it seems right up my alley.

Lizzy Caplan was great in Party Down/Mean Girls and Michael Sheen is fucken Michael Sheen, I'll give this a go
I'm halfway through the first season and this shit just keeps getting more interesting
This stuff's gettin juicy y'all definitely need to watch
I watched all of them yesterday while I was doing some work at home and they're all pretty good. Never been much of a fan of drama but it was both pretty hilarious, sad and deep at the same time. Looking forward to a season 2.
This show just got pretty weird but it's still dope
