I guess it's serious.
I thought about the ME3 thing but it didn't make sense for the clips to be of 9/11 footage and real riots when there were silly video game characters prior. I feel this made for a more sobering experience. Laugh or cry I'd be happy with either of those responses.

The actual title though, is 'Sad Romance' by Thao Nyugen Xanh (something the video that was posted above doesn't tell you)
