My dad has Parkinsons and is taking the same meds. He hasn't developed hypersexuality or whatever, but gambling/shopping thing is essentially another way of saying "obsessive behaviour". Since he started on the meds he has become obsessed with batteries. He has a box that he will test once a week. And bags of "new" "half used" and "good for clocks and stuff". Every week, sometimes twice he will will spend an hour in his office room testing batteries. It's fucking weird to watch.
