Just a story I made for a school assessment, it had to be no more than 2.5 pages long. Its pretty boring, but I had nothing else to do with it. Also, there may be some mistakes. Abiword messed up the formatting. Its kinda too long for the "Creative Work That Doesn't Deserve A Thread" thread.

Boxman: The Beginning
Shape city: The largest city in the world and home to 20% or earth’s population. In this city lived a man called Bob. Bob was just an ordinary citizen earning his money as a milkman, but his life was about to change forever. It just so happened that his home was the location of an ancient force that has existed for thousands of years.
“Bob! Are you there?” shouted Martin from the top of the ladder. “Yes I’m here Martin. There’s so much junk down here.” replied Bob. His voice echoed throughout the dusty basement. He stepped onto the rotten floor and proceeded along the creaky beams. Boxes lined the room and were piled up against the walls emitting a musty smell which wandered around the room.
“Oh my God! Is this all yours?” announced Bob scanning the room in disbelief. “Wait why? Whats down there?” answered Martin in a curious tone. “Its full of b...”. A loud bang interrupted Bob, shaking the room in the process. The boxes flew across the room ricocheting from wall to wall as if some one had set off a bomb.
Suddenly, out of the cardboard, a square shaped figure rose. “What the hell are you doing down there?” screamed Martin. The dark figure approached Bob, stamping across the floor. All if a sudden a box dived from the ceiling and hit Bob, right on the head. His legs gave way from the force of the flying box and his cold, lifeless body hit the ground. He could here the screams of Martin as he was torn apart and massacred by the creature. Then, all went black...
13 years passed. The house that Bob once lived in still stood in the same place, but deserted and derelict until one day the box began to open. The damp smell of old cardboard rose from the box. Confused and dizzy, Bob emerged. Looking around Bob knew there was something strange going on. His mind was a blur, his basement looked horrible and... HIS ARMS AND LEGS WERE BOXES! From that day on Bob was now known as BOXMAN, RULER OF CARDBOARD. In the next few days, Boxman discovered his powers. The power to fire boxes in the blink of an eye and the power of BOX VISION which could turn anything into a box!
Over the next week, Boxman’s memories were becoming clearer. The sounds of Martins screams replayed over and over in his head until he couldn’t stand the thought any more. He was having nightmares, terrible images of Martin suffering and calling for help. Then it all became clear, Boxman knew what needed to be done.
He needed to find out why Martin had to die and to bring justice.Boxman searched the basement for clues to find Martins killer but there was no sign of murder ever occurring. Then it hit him. It was in his mind all along. Martins killer was still in this very basement, waiting for victims to wander into his trap. A predator lurking in the darkness.
Boxman’s heart started to race, he knew he was being watched by the very same monster that killed his best friend. Cautiously he crept along those beams. Those same beams from 13 years ago. The plaster walls were cracked and decayed from years of neglect. Although the daylight seeped from a metal vent on the wall, half the room was left in darkness. The shadows constantly changing from dawn to dusk as he waited for the beast to come out from hiding. 1:37AM, still no sign of any movement. his eyes were getting heavy but he knew he couldn’t give up. He heard a faint noise, a rustling in the distance.
This was the moment he’d been waiting for. It happened so quick, there was no time to think. It leapt from wall to wall, making a horrific scream that pierced his ears. Boxman acted
fast, dodging the incoming attacks. As fast as lightning, he blasted his ammunition rapidly at what he could only describe as a blood drenched cube. The boxes bounced off its rock hard edges creating sparks which shot across the room.
The cube advanced, stomping on everything that got in its way. Boxman fired his box vision, igniting the cube. It howled in pain, finally the cubes weakness had been discovered. With one swift shot, Boxman fired his box trap, engulfing the cube in eternal cardboard imprisonment, never to harm anyone again. Boxman fled the scene with the box which held the cube and watched as his home was burnt down to the ground.
He now had to move on and forget the past. As this was a new beginning of keeping peace and justice. Soon after the fight Boxman built hos secret lair on the old ruins of his home and lived to fight crime for another day!

For some reason it made me laugh.
Box vision: Activate!
Pretty good, nice imagination. I used to imagine like that when I was a kid.
Box is a little to overused.
Thanks for the reply. I really enjoyed coming up with the ideas, especially Box vision.
