Last time I checked the new Andoid was just as "shiny" as the iPhone 4, but with a battery that lasts 1/10 as long as the iPhone 4.
Thinking about all these demanding things they put on the smart-phones nowadays having a battery like the iPhone 4 is good to have if you want it to last in 3 days of use instead of 7,2 hours.
I don't even own a phone so this battle between iphone and android don't bother me.

The battery life on Android is absolutely fine if you dissable the data connection when you're not using it.
And the iPhone 4's battery is no higher capacity than the rest, without a real implementation of multitasking the iPhone's processor isnt constantly working on something.

For nearly £300 less, I've bought an Android phone which does every single thing the iPhone does and even more. More the the point it isnt an utter cunt to get files onto. It's more like a desktop computer, a real file system and the whole thing is modular, I can replace any function with whatever app I want. You can go and Jailbreak to get a shitty battery life, laggy OS and unstable software.
I hope they get a better slo-mo cam.
