The shadows, shaders etc. look a lot better but it's kind of disapointing that most models are still the same as in tropico 3.

I used to play Tropico 1 demo a lot, after looking at the trailer of this, I agree it still remind me of Tropico 3, but improvements on the graphics.
In my opinion, I think they should of made a different major game and not make another Tropico until next year or 2, I think this game came way too... Early?

Seriously it's a game about dictatorship, it NEEDS Hitler or at least the ability to add the hitlerstach to you character.

It's most likely pre-rendered. The game looks kinda like Tropico 3 (which is still nice imo):

Tropico 3 was inches away from being a really really great game. Hopefully they can go those few inches this time, but I don't think they'll make the changes I'd like.

Kalypso Media is a German publisher, could be problems there.
I really hope the delay gives them time to improve even more on the game.
I really liked Tropico but it got boring half way through the Singleplayer campaign.

I can't ever trust Tropico trailers again after Tropico 3. Seriously. Almost NOTHING in that trailer was even close to in the game. It was maddening.
Looking forward to this anyway, T3 was a very satisfying time killer.
