Oh good god I haven't seen this in years :v: And I'm already remembering why hoo boy that CG
I feel Acceleracers fit more with the music.
As far as toy commercials go, World Race was pure direct-to-dvd kino. Acceleracers will always be trash to me
Acceleracers was great man, y'all hold your heathen tongue.
I remember watching this as a kid when it first came out. Even then, I was struck in wonderment as to why the Hell someone working at the DMV would feel the need to make a passing comment to someone about how proud their Dad must be they passed a fucking driving test, as if it were some grandiose accomplishment. I know there's a lot of things wrong with this movie, but for some reason, that's the only one that really feels truly incredulous to me; I've honestly thought about on a bi-monthly basis for the past fifteen years. It's basically apart of my core identity. It's to the point where every couple of weeks, I'll be on the train or something, when I'll suddenly be overcome by the insatiable thought of, Why the Hell did they put that scene in? Who the fuck sounds like that? And why the fuck am I still thinking about it?? So thanks, Mattel Entertainment. You really fucked me up.
I watched one of these as a kid but I can't remember which one. I distinctly remember a scene where they're going down this highway thing and this fuckall big giant ass vehicle with like a tunnel on the front comes along and effectively scoops up one of their cars. In there it like disassembles the car and takes the guy prisoner.
I remember the Hot Wheels site back in the day when this came out, shitload of good games based around this film. You could even do this race!
Oh yeah, forgot about this.
never knew hot wheels of all things had such ~deep lore~

I can't believe you guys can support Acceleracers after they did Kadeem in like that. All of you should be ashamed, he deserved better. :glare:
I mean honestly for straight-to-dvd stuff I've... seen much worse as a kid? Honestly it doesn't look half-bad, especially if you were really into hot wheels stuff at the time.
I remember really enjoying this as a kid on cartoon network. I actually re watched a few last week because i couldn't remember if it was a series or movies. I feel like theirs actually such shit diversity in kids cartoons atm most of them have adopted the simplified Steven Universe style. Been spending alot of time flicking through the cartoon channels with my niece and theirs hardly any cartoons i would say a 6-14 year old would enjoy.
I remember seeing this on Cartoon Network. I had the blue card with the surfboard not because of this movie, just sheer coincidence because I never knew there was a movie to begin with. For a straight-to-dvd movie, it's not bad. Not great, but compare to other similar stuff, this was one of the decent ones. The 3d animation reminds me of another popular toys tv show that involves spy and gadgets, I can't remember the name but I recall seeing the toys a lot.
This is a combo nostalgia blast and amazing edit what the fuck
