Footage of Jeremy Clarkson taken during his last days at the helm of Top Gear will be screened later this year, the BBC has said.
Kim Shillinglaw, controller of BBC Two and BBC Four, said the footage, though incomplete, is likely to air this summer.
She said: "No way would I want the available material not to be seen by viewers".
No official word on Hammond & May, but honestly we can probably rule them out for "new" Top Gear. Clarkson is expected to make a new show somewhere, after all.
Maybe they can record bits for these remaining scenes, though.

Interesting to see if how they handle this, I'm imagining any shots with Clarkson will have him pixelated out and all his lines will be dubbed over replacing everything [del]Funny[/del] Un-PC with a Matt Baker voice over or some such shit.

Alternatively they... wouldn't?
Fingers crossed they secretly got to drag the Ferrari la ferrari? :v
the last and final one treat it with care have a party with it because the show is finsh for you ( unless rerun's. ) after watching it.
I wonder if it will show their blunder or just the after result?
I wonder if it will show their blunder or just the after result?
I doubt it since the blunder was him getting into a fight with some dude outside of recording hours.

:v:
Would have made the investigation quicker if the whole thing was recorded with flashy editing and high-octane music.

Not forgetting the topical end credits.
Jeremy "The Baddest Man on the Planet" Clarkson
Richard "Kid Dynamite" Hammond
James "Iron" May
Assistant Producer: Oisin "Fracas in the Jungle" Tymon
Executive Producer: Andy "The Real Deal" Wilman
They'll probably get Richard and James to record bits and do a clip show instead like all those "best of" compilation episodes they did

Clarkson is still hired by the BBC for Top Gear until the end of the series. The firing was not renewing his contract for another series.
May won't go back without Clarkson
“Me and Hammond with a surrogate Jeremy is a non-starter, it just wouldn’t work. That would be lame, or ‘awks’ as young people say,” May told MediaGuardian.
“It has to be the three of us. You can’t just put a surrogate Jeremy in and expect it to carry on. It would be forced. I don’t believe they would be stupid enough to try that.
“It doesn’t mean I won’t go back, we may all go back in the future. It might just be we have a break from it. I don’t know.”
