damn 60fps
I'm so fucking happy about this. I have hope.
might be buying a RU steam key of this for $25 smackers instead of a pizza sometime soon
A lot of these options are holdovers from the engine they have been using since 1.

Was wondering why he was drunk until I realised my playback speed was on 0.5 for some reason.
oh lord I forgot that was a thing. entertainment value increased exponentially, to the point that I don't even mind that the video is now literally twice as long [editline]3rd November 2014[/editline] I will now apply this principle to jontron videos and never cease to be entertained
Good old TB, PC gaming wouldn't be the same without you licking the walls to check textures.
I love how TB is so picky about things, and I don't mean that in a bad way. The CoD series has always had shitty textures and generally bad visuals in comparison to titles that came before it or are coming out currently. It's nice to see that this could actually be considered a 'current-to-next-gen' title.
Not interested in it, but it does look very nice. I wonder how much damage this will do to Titanfalls already anemic playerbase on PC.
I have to take this opportunity and tell all the naysayers I told you so. Treyarch's games were good and so is this one. You shouldn't toss Call of Duty:Advanced Warfare/Black Ops 2 in the bin just because of the prefix. There's good ones and bad ones and so far, these other studios have been extremely competent in every way.
damn 60fps
I hope/expect TB to upload everything in 60fps going forward, it makes the video so much better. Something weird is, The 60fps videos look smoother than if I was playing a 60fps game.
I hope the FOV gets unlocked for campaign down the line, not being an avid multiplayer kind of guy makes that kind of a dealbreaker for the SP content because I was getting a bit of a headache just from watching the footage in fullscreen. I'll be holding off the game until I hear more, but I don't have to worry about a miserable port experience at least.
damn I'm really sold on this, liked call of duty for the progession and unlocks system (plus after playing csgo a lot its hella easy against most pubs) but black ops II seemed to be such a shitty pc port when I tried it on a free weekend I never even bothered.
Hot damn, they actually gave a shit about porting the game to PC. Still waiting on reviews to see if they actually gave a shit about the game itself before I consider buying it though.
This made me wanting to buy this game go from "maybe if i'm high and forget to save my money" to a "yes, here's your 60 dollars activision" I love dumb fun. It's my favorite type of videogame fun.
The first and only CoD I've ever bought was MW2, I wanted to know what it was all about and I definitely understood why someone would be into the series. I enjoyed a good 2 months of online multiplayer (which is a lot considering the only console games I've ever played online more than a few weeks were Mario Kart and Smash). However I'll never understand people who buy every iteration, so in a way it's kinda odd that I'm legit considering to buy this game full price. No way I'm buying it on console this time though, I hate aiming with analog sticks, so I'm glad the port is shaping up to be great.
I really liked that part with the crab robot thing walking over the trenches. Something about it just really looked cool even though it was a pretty generic robot.
Something weird is, The 60fps videos look smoother than if I was playing a 60fps game.
That's just due to the nature of video codecs, they smooth the frame transitions while ingame you're getting it raw and unfiltered.
Depending on how it is actaully in mp and if it will go on sale this christmas I might be tempted to try it again.
Depending on how it is actaully in mp and if it will go on sale this christmas I might be tempted to try it again.
Activision aren't very generous with sales, especially Call of Duty. Doubt it'll go on sale for Christmas.
That's very nice actually. Why I'm not buying it though: Multiplayer will die in a year 60€ for a singleplayer game isn't worth it, especially the singleplayer of a cod game, despite how good it is But I'll give them that. It's very interesting and nicely set up now.

While it looks nice, don't forget to buy the Season pass which is $50 for horde DLC. Thaaaanks *rubs nipples*

He's praising the multiplayer on twitter right now. Seems he's enjoying it a lot more than previous titles.
A lot of these options are holdovers from the engine they have been using since 1.
man i heard stories they've been using the same game title since the first game of the series, Ubisoft you fucking lazy!!!!
TB's just started streaming some of this by the way. http://www.twitch.tv/totalbiscuit
