By itself it typically takes about 4000mg of paracetamol before bad shit starts happening to your liver. Alcohol will exacerbate the potentially damaging effects of paracetamol on the liver, but 3 beers and less than the max recommended daily amount (2000mg) probably isn't too bad. It could be if you do that regularly though.

Ok thanks guys and do drink about every 2nd weekend and opiates atlest once a month for the last 6 months and I smoke weed and do shrooms but I skate/long board for 2 hours every day and do exercise so I guess ill live. one of the most painful ways to kill yourself because of this. some people think that if they swallow a box of paracetemol they'll fall asleep peacefully and never wake up, but instead they spent a week in a hospital slowly and painfully dying thanks to liver failure!

To be fair, cannabis isn't really know to interact dangerously with almost anything, although certain things like antidepressants can cause crazy shit (not necessarily dangerous but probably scary) to happen when mixed with the ganj. Everything else you should be careful with though, ESPECIALLY alcohol.
And yes, doctors are pretty much legally obliged to keep absolutely anything you tell them 100% private, short of "Hey I tied up and fucked this 6 year old and I think she might be bleeding can you help me out here?"

I didnt combine anything the effects of the alcohol were gone but I thought it would still be metabolising in my liver with the parcetmol and I was paranoid.
