The talk about the last gen launch reminded me that MS tried to make the very first Xbox 360s customizable with faceplates, and I remember that the PS4's piano black bit (the HDD cover) can slide out easily, without even removing a screw.
It'd be pretty neat if Sony or some third party released some color HDD covers for people who think the consoles are a bit bland-looking.
I just want more bloody colors:

Heck, I'd but a wood grain PS4. I'm the only person in existence who still likes wood grained electronics.
