When a new guy joins and suddenly becomes a admin it's usually some sort of buttbuddy of the server owner,
sooner or later the server owner notices that the buttbuddy can do some stuff for him,
and slowly he becomes the new admin, by creating an account twoo weeks before it's official.
It's really common, I've seen this happen several times in roleplay communities (The two "biggest", TnB and Hl2L)
