Well I just downloaded it and even though it might be plagiarized it is still a great song.
As long as they give credit when due, sampling is completely okay. There's even bigger examples of sampling around.
Hell, Daft Punk's "Robot Rock" is pretty much a direct rip from Breakwater's "Release the Beast"
Ah I see, but still that's pretty cool that my favorite game and music are as one.
