ok what the hell is this, I haven't logged in to youtube for like 2 months and I'm greeted with this, can someone tell me what they mean by partnership, also my video really isn't that popular at all.
They offer you mating for money.
You get paid because your video is popular, but they throw ads everywhere.

I'm fairly sure it means that they put an ad on the page of your video, and if you video has more than 50 or 100k views, you get paid some amount per view.
my brother did this, he makes a nice few quid off one of his videos.

I had one of these ages ago, it's just asking everybody to apply. Just because it says "Apply" doesn't mean it's offering you anything, it will likely turn you down.

Despite what people say, you barely get any money from it, so toss it away. Who cares anyway, their rules are shit and they lessen the creativity in videos. SO FUCK 'EM! /caps
