Disclaimer, I'm an android fanboy.
However, the truth is that most likely Apple wouldn't let a malware infected application onto the market. They're very rigorous about their screening process, and turn down applicants even for having mismatching button icons.

I'd kinda agree if ratings were logged and stored like they were before, but now they're rather useless so I don't care what ratings I get.
