The boy asked where the toilets are. Then he jumped completely off topic to saying "your kneecaps are hot". well, first off, that Indian didn't even know what the word 'kneecaps' meant. So, what the Indian actually heard was "your ___ is sexy". And its not really a stretch for the Indian guy to think that this boy was legit-ly flirting with him. To the Indian, that boy could have been a gay prostitute or something. We know the kid was joking around, but to the Indian, English is clearly not his first language, so he could have interpreted the whole thing the wrong way.

I'm not really sure if it's because the guy wasn't great with english, but it seemed like he kept trying to pressure him into having sex even after it was fairly obvious that he was uncomfortable. Anyways, asking somebody to have sex with you after talking for only a minute is a bit more than an "advance"
