Injecting weed?

Has anyone here managed to inject weed?
I have a problem with my lungs which means I can only take very small hits, and can't hold the smoke in at all. Smoking weed sucks for me.
I was thinking about intramuscular injection of THC oil, but I couldn't find much information about it online.
