Officially, Apollo 17, launched December 17th, 1972 was the last manned mission to the moon. But a year later, in December of 1973, two American astronauts were sent on a secret mission to the moon funded by the US Department of Defense. What you are about to see is the actual footage which the astronauts captured on that mission. While NASA denies its authenticity, others say it's the real reason we've never gone back to the moon.

It looks good, it's confirmed to come out January 6, 2012. It's a suspense and horror film.
What do you think? Is Apollo 18 real or fake?
i think apollo 18 is
If it's American, why the hell are they using the PK Lander instead of the Eagle?
Continuity all up in this bitch.
If those are aliens why would they have never attacked any of the other missions?
Could be, could be not, maybe this is a clever cover-up attemt to make it seem just another horror film, so that any other "documentaries" released with actual footage are then taken as stupid joke and no-one would believe them.

That's the cover story that SCP uses.
It's quite ingenious actually.
Ugh, are you guys really talking about if this is real or fake...?

OP is.
OP is.
Which is sad.
Anyway. The film looks decently creepy. Will it be good? I have doubts.

He's a fucking dumbass and a shitposter. Just let nature run its course.

I don't believe it, if it was real it wouldn't be out. You know the U.S. goverment. Look at Wikileaks.
It's easy to talk mess on the internet by the way

You might wanna snip that.
Why was it delayed nearly a year?
I'm looking forward to this. Firstly because a contemporary space horror is new and unique. Secondly, it could go really either terrible or good, but I don't see it being really good.
If you think this is real, you're a little bit dense. Looks like a damn neat movie, though.
What are you guys talking about? Of course this is real, it looks way too good to be an animation.
What the fuck is this, a horror story that DOESN'T involve ghosts and possessed people? I'm fucking in.
I will watch this when it's out, but I'm 100% sure that it's fake tho.
In space... no one can hear you AEIO!
Looks interesting, I might check it out.

Of COURSE it's fake! We never went to the moon in the first place! :downs:
Of COURSE it's fake! We never went to the moon in the first place! :downs:
Because there is no moon. God put that 2d placard in the sky to test our faith. Jesus lives!
God bless.
Is that CoD's font? :v:
Looks dumb
How on earth can they hide a launch of the apollo rocket, it's the loudest machine ever made, easy to see in the day and even easier to see at night.

Volcanoes erupt around the world all the time. Bombs explode in the middle of wars. But you don't look out your window and automatically know that, do you?
The idea of a secretly launched or disguised launch craft is not implausible. If the government really wanted to make a secret ship launch, they could. Especially now, when dozens of craft launch and the general public just plain doesn't give a shit.
Wasn't this supposed to release right about...now? Why did they kick it back to next year?

Launching a lander in the 1970's would require a Saturn V rocket, the most obnoxious fucking thing made by man. Also, we could only launch them from Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

That's like trying to sneak the entire US military through NYC without anybody finding out.
Camouflage it as a military parade, or in this case, one could pretend to launch a sattelite.
