Discussing the James Bond franchise specifically, which didn't do any favors for Bizarre Creations this year, he expressed no regret over the license's departure from EA and believes that original IP development is a much better alternative. "The margins are being squeezed," Gibeau told Develop. "And, to top it all off, the movie-game business is falling apart." As for Bond, Gibeau didn't seem jealous of Activision and Bizarre's task to make "Bloodstone." "We dumped that licence because we felt like we needed to own more intellectual property, and we don’t like where James Bond is going with all the creative limitations on it," he explained. "The percentage royalties you have to pay the licensors are going the wrong way for publishers." Saving that money and investing it in new concepts and characters interests him a lot more, and he's confident that EA's results thus far have proved him right. "Considering the total amount of money we have to spend on those types of James Bond games, and the total amount of man-hours we had to put into them, we thought; hell, let's work on our own IP," he said. "The guys who made James Bond games for us, well yeah, they went on and made Dead Space."
Who's going to make the Deathly Hallows games then?
Yay
Took you long enough.
Good, licensed games have a bad habit of sucking donkey cock.
Who's going to make the Deathly Hallows games then?
Don't worry half the game is a CoD-esque magic shooter and the other half is Harry naked, his smooth asscheeks... staring at you. Like they're calling your name. "Mur... Murkat. Touch us Murkat! Rub us gently..."
Um
Thank fuck.
Oh yeah, forgot to add Rong to my ignore list. You and your shitty gay scout porn. (User was banned for this post ("Trolling" - Benji))

Oh I thought by the title they were referring to story oriented games like Heavy Rain. Of course I don't think EA had anything to do with any of those games.
That Bloodstone game was el terrible
Oh yeah, forgot to add Rong to my ignore list. You and your shitty gay scout porn.
I was under the impression he stopped that.

The Warriors was a great movie-based game. But this is good regardless.
