So if I'm sued I'm not allowed to go on a vacation I've paid and planned for before I was sued?? Why don't we just throw logic and common sense out of the window, along with the money used to pay for the vacation.

If he properly notified all the appropriate people beforehand, this wouldn't have been a problem.
so this guy is trying to make the PS3 like a PC and sony wants him sued because they still want to charge people like a buck for Street Fighter Avatar
