The inspector general’s 78-page analysis, a copy of which was obtained by The Associated Press, cites “longstanding, systemic weaknesses” related to the agency’s communications. These started before Clinton’s appointment as secretary of state, but her failures were singled out as more serious. Despite guidelines to the contrary, Clinton used mobile devices to conduct official business on her personal email account and private server. She never sought approval from senior information officers, who would have refused the request because of security risks, the audit said.
http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/clinton-broke-federal-rules-email-server-audit-finds-n580131 http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-05-25/clinton-e-mail-use-violated-rules-state-department-audit-finds Notes the security risks and FOIA violations.
The roof is on fire
Its time for clinton to drop out and endorse the candidate that will defeat trump

Her failures were singled out as more serious. No other SoS had a private email server set up in their own home (an insecure one at that). No other SoS ever used a Blackberry or other insecure device for emails on said server. No other SoS deleted emails from the FBI and then had them recovered by the FBI via a fucking cloud server. let the motherfucker burn edit: (the state department should of paid her speaking fee i guess if they wanted her to talk) and Hillary press release http://imgur.com/xRqzEaA
she should not be the president of the usa regardless of any of her views or policies, this should make her ineligible

Guidelines are not legally binding.
Guidelines are not legally binding.
Republicans will use this to impeach her if she enters office.

In one meeting, one staff member raised concerns that information sent and received on Secretary Clinton’s account could contain Federal records that needed to be preserved in order to satisfy Federal recordkeeping requirements. According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary’s personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further. As previously noted, OIG found no evidence that staff in the Office of the Legal Adviser reviewed or approved Secretary Clinton’s personal system. According to the other S/ES-IRM staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.
Staff even raised concerns that it would cause an issue and were told to shut up, everything's fine, don't talk about this again.
You mean trump? Because only trump will defeat trump at this point. Hilldawg has no ammo compared to the shear amount of ammunition he's got against her. Sanders had his chance but decided to play nice in the beginning, and now hopes to bring it to convention where (surprise) he'll lose the nomination. Why? Because national parties are all about looking out for number one, not looking out for your constituents.
He wouldn't lose the nomination if 'Hilldawg' dropped out. She's not going to though.
Martin Shkreli VS Donald Trump think about it
Might as well ask me if I prefer shoving a cactus up my ass or sticking my dick in a beehive.
"For example, the Department and OIG both determined that the production included no email covering the first few months of Secretary Clinton’s tenure—from January 21, 2009, to March 17, 2009, for received messages; and from January 21, 2009, to April 12, 2009, for sent messages. OIG discovered multiple instances in which Secretary Clinton’s personal email account sent and received official business email during this period. For instance, the Department of Defense provided to OIG in September 2015 copies of 19 emails between Secretary Clinton and General David Petraeus on his official Department of Defense email account; these 19 emails were not in the Secretary’s 55,000-page production. " welp
Republicans will use this to impeach her if she enters office.
Nothing about this is a crime. They have no grounds for impeachment. Until theres charges filed, nothing here is grounds for impeachment. There is no treason, bribery, or other crime committed.
Nothing about this is a crime. They have no grounds for impeachment. Until theres charges filed, nothing here is grounds for impeachment. There is no treason, bribery, or other crime committed.
I believe she has lied under oath, which is perjury.
Until shes indicted, it doesnt matter
I hope Bernie is preparing for the general election already.
So everythings going normally and nothing is going to happen because of this as per usual with Clinton. You'd think eventually something would give, but apparently not.
I hope Bernie is preparing for the general election already.
Don't worry, all that finger wagging will have him prepared to select Hillary on the voting booth screen.
I believe she has lied under oath, which is perjury.
When did she lie under oath? You got a sauce? Not doubting but I want to read up on that. Would be hilarious if Hillary ends up having to go for the same reason as Bill.
Can't wait for America to choose between a wannabe-despot who's only interested in their own personal gain, and a dude with an orange face
I can't wait to see Trump becoming president and Boris Johnson becoming prime minister. They both have matching hair so who can say otherwise?
Can't wait for America to choose between a wannabe-despot who's only interested in their own personal gain, and a dude with an orange face
Wait, which of these is Hillary, and which of these is Trump? Because I honestly can't tell, those descriptions apply to both of them equally.
I can't wait to see Trump becoming president and Boris Johnson becoming prime minister. They both have matching hair so who can say otherwise?
I'm not gonna lie, I'd vote for a guy just because his name is Boris.
I'm not gonna lie, I'd vote for a guy just because his name is Boris.
Can't argue with that.
Can't wait for America to choose between a wannabe-despot who's only interested in their own personal gain, and a dude with an orange face
"wannabe despot interested in their own personal gain" really tho. [editline]25th May 2016[/editline] "own personal gain" is a pointless statement; I could argue anyone going for the presidency is doing it for personal gain. I totally fail to see how she is a wannabe despot, more so than the dude who wants to build walls, ban people from entering this country, and purposefully crashing the economy.
I believe she has lied under oath, which is perjury.
what you believe is simply that
