isn't minecraft browser based? how do you mod the textures?
Can you use these skins ingame? If so, can other people see them?
you have to buy the game, you mod it in paint or a program like that. if you pay for the game, you can use these skins and other people do see them.
so if you buy it it adds a download and upload button?

Basically, Minecraft is in it's Alpha and theres a lot of updates coming up, but only for paying customers.
And if you want to get a custom skin, you must pay, and edit the default skin's 'fold-up'
