must be one of Microsofts smaller departments...
Man that guy sure sucks at Tic Tac Toe.
this is awful, it's literally just a camera and a projector, nothing new at all
this is awful, it's literally just a camera and a projector, nothing new at all
The cool part is that, as far as I can tell, it doesn't record and transmit what its already showing from the other persons side. Past that I have to agree that its not very extraordinary. [editline]29th February 2012[/editline] That or I'm deprived of sleep and totally fascinated by the mundane. :v:
Whats the point of this?
This looks very useful, just that in the video it's banebones abstract example wasn't like that of apple marketing. If it comes out with a price tag a little over a kinect then it'll be a game changer, if it comes out around 500 it'll be out of my price range. This is more of a tool for engineers and scientists then for casual use.
This is way too big to put in your house. If it would be smaller, it would be hard to install it as it has to be hanging over your desk. Besides that it has no added value and is capable of less than a normal computer, tablet or smartphone. If this is Microsoft's most important research project then MS is dead to me.
can't wait to talk about other people's hello kitties
