This is not right. If you are charged for (attempted) murder you are not allowed a bail out.
This is assault but since it is with a leathal weapon it counts as attempted murder.
How...How does this happen?

From what I gather, if anyone here was being taunted, it was the 20 year old. Who was also, incidentally, the victim.
