Restless Leg Syndrome Restless Leg Syndrome(RLS) also known as Wittmack-Ekbom's syndrome, and colloquially "The Jimmy legs" is a condition that causes one to feel an irresistable urge to move a limb, most often, a leg or an arm. A person experiencing RLS can only feel comfort by moving said limb. It usually only occurs a short time after laying down, but has been know to occur during the day. This disorder usually occurs in Middle aged to older adult, but has been to range in people as young as 3 years old. It can be hereditary and usually worsened by stress. RLS is not life-threatning, however multiple, violent cases can cause mild insomnia. There is no know cure to RLS. There are ways to prevent and treat RLS, such as muscle relaxation techniques, long warm baths, and forcing Sleep Paralysis. I myself have expereinced RLS many times. Shit sucks man. Discuss. /my attempt to be Dr.House
Especially when watching a movie. Just can't still still, :\.
I have RLS, and so does my mom, it's really annoying.
Pretty much everyone I know has RLS.
i get that when i jack off
Ah, I have RLS. But my left leg's fine, it sleeps like a baby.
I have the Jimmy Legs sometimes, like when I'm waiting in a public place. Not sleeping though.
I get it sometimes while asleep, my right foot gets an UNBEARABLE ticklishness, that is so bad that if I don't spazz out my foot or just scratch it, it never goes away. IT MAKES ME FUCKING RAGE
Did you hear about restless legs syndrome before they had a pill for it?
I have to wonder if the people with this RLS stuff actually exercise much. It might just be the body screaming for some stimulating activity.
I get episodes of this about once a month, it sucks! But luckily it goes away after I wake up in the morning.
I get RLS when I'm trying to get a good night sleep to a big event the following day. Gets really annoying, especially since sometimes it keeps me up until the wee hours of the morning.
I hate it when people shake their legs repeatedly, it's so unsightly and really annoying.
I've only ever heard of Restless Leg Syndrome once, and I have only had it a single time...
RLS is a fantasy syndrome, OP has conversion disorder.
I have RLS. But it's not annoying for me, I feel comfortable when i move my limb.
My solution for RLS since I am a trained DR. and I have a Degree from Facepunch University. Put your self in a paralysis so you can no longer feel your legs! (In all honesty you can see a doctor for pills but most of the time the aftereffects of the pills out weigh the benefits.)
I feel like I get this when I get too high sometimes... Seriously. I'll be laying down and I will CONSTANTLY move my legs and if I don't I feel extremely uncomfortable in an indescribable way. Walking doesn't help at all and I'm too high anyways that I don't want to walk so I'll move my legs for like 30 minutes to an hour. Really fucking weird.
uh yeah i got that too.
I have Restless dick syndrome, I get labeled a "Rapist" even though it's not my fault :(
That has the makings of a terrible pickup line [editline]02:27AM[/editline] it might be one already actually
I've had this many times. Sucks when you have it at night cuz you just want to get up and walk around. But when you do, you can't fall asleep.
I got RLS from reading this thread.
Yeah i know about it, sometimes when i sit in a chair or sofa my leg starts moving up and down really fast. It feels good actually :v:
I think ive had this before, some times i bob my leg up and down before i get tired and fall asleep, i can't remember if i still do it or not. :iiam:
Don't have it and don't know a lot of people with it. :v:
My father gets this in the night. He says that it hurts and is annoying to hell.
Thank you for reminding me after I lose of night of sleep you bastard.
RLS is not life-threatning, however multiple, violent cases can cause mild insomnia.
Fits exactly to my symptoms. Fuck.
I only get it when I think about it in bed. It must be psychological as i'm getting it now just thinking about it.
