I'm not really a fan of this strange social network Nintendo is trying to create. It definitely ruins the immersion and makes you feel retarded in some games as well.
I was playing through a level in Super Mario Bros WiiU and Jesus Christ this game is stupid simple, like, leagues easier than the SNES Super Mario Bros. I ended up dying eventually and what I was greeted with made me sad. Several messages popped up of what seemed like attempts at trying to write words, but ended up just being strange symbols and lines with a face or two hidden within.
I literally felt like I had died and been sent to some sort of "special" purgatory.
As I've said before, "Yeah" is the worst "Like" button I could've ever imagined.
miiverse in a nutshell. I went to the cod section and the main post was "YEAH THIS IF YOU ARE 13". There were a lot of yeahs. Would be nice if there was a age limit or a mature board or something.

The problem is that miiverse is built like facebook. Sort by time or popularity, and only rating is ''yeah'' like ''likes.'' So it encourages yeah whoring like none other, and to make it worse it shows total yeahs on your profile.
Like a month after launch I saw a post with a drawing that said ''20k Yeahs Get'' with like 300 some yeahs on that post.
Redesign miiverse to be like a forum with actual ratings and it will improve tremendously.

They can't do that, though. All the little kids making dumb posts getting 10k dumb ratings would go cry in their room and their parents would complain.

Then I guess just leave positive ratings or no ratings at all.
Although it would be cool if they added dumb ratings and when kids moaned they told them to just suck it up.
