i actualy did photoshop it. johanz was correct. i copyed the first error. put the corners transperant. and copyed and pasted like crazy for about 15-30 mins.
Now we know to bug lilangelrocking on skype

photoshop 4 the case says 1995. and no its actualy better than ms paint. photoshop 4 has options for layers and has a very nice list of filters
Looks like you photoshopped it, because if it was real dragging bug, you would see some "lines"
I dunno how to word that.

This reminds me of what win98 used to do sometimes...
Well, not sometimes but all the time!
I think thats the best error a program could ever get. Whenever it crashes, you'd be able to play around for it a little bit, and then just close the program. Other crashes make your computer freeze all over the place and those are not fun. :(
