I'm sorry to tell you that these movies suck, mostly because they are simple frame by frame stick figure animations. You didn't even use an animation program! I suggest getting flash or some freeware to at least make a proper animation.

If that's what you're going for, then accepting critique would help. Otherwise, your videos just aren't going to be decent/get any better.

As space1 said, the animation could do with some polishing.
Download a program called pivot, it's pretty basic but it'll get the job done a lot better. If you are feeling really brave you could start using flash which is a big step up.
As long as you keep making them, improving is inevitable.
