Nelson Mandela has been readmitted to hospital with a renewed lung infection and was in "serious but stable condition," South Africa's presidency said. "During the past few days former president Nelson Mandela has had a recurrence of lung infection," President Jacob Zuma's office said in a statement. "This morning at about 1:30am (0930 AEST) his condition deteriorated and he was transferred to a Pretoria hospital. He remains in a serious but stable condition," it said.
I wonder what he gets up to these days, does anyone know?
Not much, sadly. His mental health has really gone downhill since he had his last lung infection in December, and he's gotten really frail. The ANC visited him in April: I'm afraid this time might be the end for him. He's almost 95 and is just getting frailer and sicker. I really hope I'm wrong.
Good night sweet prince.
And yet the menace of the years Finds and shall find me unafraid.

I remember I sang happy birthday to him at a U2 concert.
Oh shit, I just watched Invictus. I hope he recovers.
