It does damage or heals depending on who you hit. And it has charge time iirc

No charge time, 75 damage on enemies or 50(?) heal on allies. Grenade heals 100, 1.5x healing or double healing can't tell with the buff, stops enemies from being able to heal completely.
Also for those whining about a "long range stun" it travels slow as fuck and has a 12 second cooldown. The second you take damage while sleeping it instantly cancels it otherwise it lasts for 5 seconds.
